30 January 2010I am an analytic, flexible and creative person. In a team, I am always the one giving idea and catalyze the brainstorming session. When working individually, I always like to find some way to raise the working efficiency. However, I am not a compliant person. In my past working experience, my boss would not be happy with my disobedience but they also appreciate that I have independent judgement.
